2 cup Organic Whole Milk
4 eggs
2 Tbs. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. salt
1 loaf Brioche Pasquier Brioche Tressée with Chocolate Chips, each piece cut into 3 strips
2-4 Tbs. canola oil for cooking
Serving Suggestion, dipping sauces:
½ cup Raspberry Jam
½ cup milk chocolate chips melted with 2 Tbs. whipping cream
½ cup white chocolate chips melted with 2 Tbs. whipping cream
Combine the milk, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt in large bowl. Dip each strip of Tressée into the egg mixture.
Add the canola oil to a large heavy-bottomed frying pan, and cook the French toast over medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown.
Garnish with powdered sugar and serve with jam and chocolate sauces for dipping!
